We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as experience in an office setting. This position will involve managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and assisting with various office tasks.

General Summary of Position:
Ensure positive first impressions in interactions with clients and other stakeholders. Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Essential Duties

o Facilitate clear and effective communication
o Greets client, visitors, and guests. Determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs him or her accordingly.
o Answering and directing phone calls
o Taking and distributing messages
o Handling / directing inquiries and requests
o Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
o Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages

o Provide administrative support for the team
o Photocopying, scanning and faxing
o Data entry of client information
o Assist the team with payroll distribution/packing/shipping.
o Assembly of client tax returns
o Maintaining office appliances needs (i.e. copy paper, ink, etc.)
o Typing documents and correspondence
o Monitoring and ordering inventory of office supplies
o Keeping office area neat and tidy
